Terms & Conditions

1. Orders & Approvals
• All custom orders require written confirmation and 50% advance payment to proceed.
• We will share digital or physical samples prior to production.
• Production starts only after written approval of the final sample or artwork.
• Any modifications after approval may incur additional charges or impact delivery timelines.
2. Payment Terms
• 50% upfront to confirm the order.
• 50% on delivery, payable via bank transfer or cash on delivery (COD).
• COD is available only for orders below AED 150.
• Orders above AED 150 must be settled via bank transfer.
• Al Hami reserves the right to hold production or delivery if payments are delayed.
3. Production & Delivery
• Turnaround time is calculated from the date of sample approval and advance payment.
• While we aim to deliver on time, we’re not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
• Delivery charges (if applicable) will be shared clearly at the quotation stage.
4. Refund & Replacement Policy
• Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are not possible once production begins.
• If you receive a product that differs from the approved sample or has a manufacturing defect:
- • You must report it within 5 business days of delivery.
- • Include clear photos and a description of the issue.
- • If validated, we’ll offer a replacement or a credit note — not a refund.
5. Design Files & Intellectual Property
• Clients must have the legal rights to use all logos, artwork, and content submitted to us.
• By submitting artwork, you confirm it does not infringe any third-party rights.
• Al Hami is not responsible for any legal claims resulting from unlicensed or misused content.
6. Confidentiality
• Any designs, concepts, or samples we produce specifically for you remain confidential unless mutually agreed otherwise.
• We reserve the right to showcase completed projects for portfolio or promotional use, unless restricted by NDA.
7. Legal Jurisdiction
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates .
• Any disputes will be handled in the courts of the UAE.
